For Regional Development Australia, we secured input and endorsement from government, industry, business and community stakeholder groups to create a sharply-focussed business plan that will maximise regional economic outcomes for South-West Victoria, in response to emerging COVID-19 impacts.  

For Ambulance Victoria, we identified and worked with stakeholders including paramedics, volunteers and administration staff, executive teams, unions, government, mental health practitioners and support networks to deliver Ambulance Victoria's first Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

Following an assessment by the Victorian Auditor General Office, we were engaged to review and improve the Municipal Association of Victoria’s strategic planning and annual reporting processes. We worked with multiple stakeholders to deliver clearer objectives, priorities and success measures and greater transparency of operations for the Association's 79 Member Councils.
